Postage & Handling

Purchases made within Australia will be delivered via Express Post within 2 – 5 working days from the date of purchase. Domestic delivery is charged at $15.00. If you aren’t usually home during the day, please consider a Post Office Box or work delivery address. If you are not home, your package will be redirected your closest Post Office.

Shipping costs of international orders will be quoted before the order is dispatched. Delivery will take 7 -20 working days from date of acceptance of shipping costs.

International Orders

All orders are shipped from Australia. Overseas orders do not attract the Australian GST (10% goods and services tax). Your order confirmation will include GST, however the GST will be refunded at the time of shipment and this will be reflected on your enclosed receipts. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and charged to your credit card in AUD at your financial institution’s current daily exchange rate. Please note that they do not include local taxes, duties and other customs charges that may apply depending on final destination and local dollar value of your order.

Security

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

At the time you place your order your credit card is verified. Actual payment is processed through a secure process at the time your order is shipped. Due to availability of stock your order may be split and therefore may result in split charges on your credit card. Postage will only be charged once if orders are split due to stock availability.

Returns & Exchanges

No return or exchange on sale items.
Exchange or return of full priced items, unless the goods are faulty, must be within 3 weeks of purchase.

We stand behind our products and will gladly exchange or refund any part of your of your order should it not meet your needs provided the following guidelines are complied with:

The items/s are unworn, unwashed and have all labels and swing tags still attached.
Your item must not show any evidence of wear, including but not limited to strong perfume or cigarette smells, tears, stains or damaged product tags.
All claims must be notified to Sentier within 7 days of receipt, with request for Return Authorisation Number.
The items are returned within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorisation Number.
Any items dispatched after this time will be accepted at our discretion and only for store credit.

To return and/or exchange:

Within 7 days of receipt , email ssentier@bigpond.net.au and state your order number in the subject bar and detail the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return your purchase.
All items must be returned in original packaging and safely packaged for posting.
Affix appropriate postage to the order, as COD returns will not be processed.
Send the parcel to: 97 Cronulla Street, Cronulla NSW 2230 Australia.
Please ensure you register your parcel as we cannot take responsibility for lost item(s).
All returns are credited using the original method of payment, excluding postage charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). All returns will be processed in Australian Dollars. For International Orders this is done at the current exchange rate, please refer to your credit card provider/financial institution for daily exchange rates.

Note: The Return Authorisation Number must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any return requests made after this time will be accepted at our discretion and only for store credit.

Lay-by's

Lay-by's must have a 20% deposit, which is not redeemable if the lay-by is cancelled or returned.
Lay-by payments must be made fortnightly.
Lay-by's must be finalised within 6 weeks of the date of purchase.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Please refer to your credit card provider/financial institution for daily exchange rates.
